Head of Safety

One of Bali’s leading tourist venues is searching for a Head of Safety & Security to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of five years in a security management role, with a strong preference for experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a similar high-traffic environment.
Skilled in creating and executing security plans.
Proficient in security systems, including surveillance and access control.
Familiar with security monitoring software and emergency systems.
Strong in team supervision, training, and crisis management.
Capable of making fast, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety laws and regulations.
Experienced in fire safety, emergency preparedness, and reporting.
Clear communicator with staff, guests, and external authorities.
Builds strong relationships with emergency services and internal teams.
Skilled in risk assessments and addressing security issues.
Analytical thinker who continuously improves safety measures.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement and supervise the implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Reporting to the General Manager and coordinating the relevant Division / Section within Management Manager in the implementation of security tasks activities.
Conducting supervision on the implementation of security tasks undertaken by members.
Conducting coaching and training and improving the discipline of all Security Members.
Plan and arrange security and security activities regularly in the framework of human resource development, in order to create a safe, comfortable, peaceful and dynamic atmosphere in the environment.
Organising and controlling all Security Members through their respective Security Supervisors.
Provide periodic (Weekly / Monthly) reports to Management Managers on the implementation of Security tasks, Guidance of personnel, supervision and control of Security members.
Monitoring the implementation of security activities in general.
Carry out performance evaluation of each Security Supervisor and all Security members.
Provide input / suggestions to management, in order to develop the security system in accordance with the established company vision and mission.
Delegate tasks and authority to Security and Security Supervisor in the execution of daily tasks and special tasks.
Organise coordinated reporting activities and data preparation as a bridge of information and instructions coming from Management for all members of Security.
Coordinate with the Regional Security Officers (Polsek / Polres / Koramil) and local community leaders, in order to improve the cooperation relationship in the field of regional security if there is direct assignment from the General Affair Manager (able to perform general functions).
Take the initial steps in solving problems that occur in the field, and report to the General Manager if there are things that can not be overcome to get instructions on the implementation of the next task.
Provide judgment, reprimand and administrative actions to Security members who commit offenses in accordance with their error rate (Absolute Rights).
Fostering a Security Team to always be proactive in dealing with any situation that requires handling.
Full of vigour while on duty, comply with the job responsibility and unusual events, report in a timely manner.
Conform to and enforce policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down in the park to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Be good at observing, prevent unconcerned personnel from entering the park.
Prevent drunkards and mental patients from causing trouble in the park.
Know well the park's major area of security and fire-prevention and do regular check, master emergency and handling procedure.
Know well your own responsibilities upon hearing the alarm.
Do the security work for the VIP.
Pay attention to the traffic lane during the rush period.
Check staff’s belongings on a daily basis.
Control the major security area.
Establish proper relationships with other departments.
Conform to the park regulations.
Pay attention to confidentiality in all areas of work.
