Head Bar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all bar operations and staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Create and update drink menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to company standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and control wastage and costs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, motivate, and develop bar staff to ensure consistent service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the F&B and marketing team for events, promotions, and special menus.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and bar innovations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy operations.
- Good financial understanding (cost control, stock management, P&L awareness).
- Must hold valid food and beverage / alcohol service certifications (if required by local regulation).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
