Our client is a well-established business in the F&B industry, operating a Korean restaurant in Canggu - Bali, known for its authentic flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Create, plan, and develop new menus, including seasonal or special dishes.
- Maintain cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Work closely with management to achieve target food cost and operational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong culinary background in [insert cuisine type, e.g., Western, Asian, or Fusion].
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
