  • Maintain food hygiene and safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, keep your workstation clean and sanitized, and properly store ingredients.
  • Manage inventory and ordering: Monitor supplies, assist with ordering new ingredients, and help minimize waste and control food costs.
  • Assist with menu development: Contribute to creating and refining new recipes and menu items in collaboration with senior chefs.
  • Support senior chefs: Assist the sous chef and head chef with their duties and follow their instructions.
