Responsibilities

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Organize and ensure all food ingredients are available and stored properly.
  • Ensure the quality of ingredients meets the restaurant's standards.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team and storekeeper for food ingredient orders.

Food Preparation & Setup

  • Organize the kitchen setup and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
  • Prepare and ensure all ingredients are processed according to menu requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace according to operational standards.

Food Tasting & Final Quality Check

  • Check the taste of food before serving to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure each dish meets the restaurant's quality standards before it reaches the customer.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team and FOH to ensure smooth food service.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food quality effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
