**Job Summary**:
The **Head of Security** is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and restaurant property. This role leads the security team, manages daily safety operations, and handles any incidents calmly and professionally.
- Supervise and schedule all security team members
- Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
- Monitor CCTV and patrol restaurant premises regularly
- Handle and report security incidents or disturbances
- Work with the restaurant team during peak hours or events
- Maintain clear communication with management and staff
- Train new security staff on safety procedures
- Ensure all security logs and reports are up to date

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, confident, and quick to respond in emergencies
- Well groomed and professional at all times
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security procedures
- Physically fit and alert
