**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Mengendalikan pengelolaan strategi komunikasi untuk memperkuat citra korporat.
- Pengungkapan informasi (diberikan kuasa untuk menyampaikan data kepada pihak ketiga dan regulator sesuai peraturan), seperti laporan tahunan dan keberlanjutan.
- Pelaporan kepada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika.
- Penyelenggaraan dan dokumentasi Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dan public expose.
- Penyelenggaraan dan dokumentasi rapat Direksi dan/atau rapat gabungan yang melibatkan Dewan Komisaris.
- Berkoordinasi dalam penyelenggaraan dokumentasi rapat Dewan Komisaris dan/atau rapat gabungan dengan Direksi.
- Menjadi penghubung perusahaan dengan pemegang saham, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
- Memberikan masukan kepada Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris terkait kepatuhan pada regulasi di bidang telekomunikasi, serta memantau perubahan peraturan.
- Mengelola aspek legal dan kepatuhan perusahaan, termasuk implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pendidikan mínimal S1 Hukum dengan IPK 3.00 atau lebih
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 10 tahun dalam fungsi legal, diutamakan di perusahaan telekomunikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam (Corporate Secretary, Litigasi serta Drafting dan negosiasi kontrak bisnis dan komersial)
- Pemahaman yang sangat baik tentang hukum dan prosedur perusahaan
- Kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang sangat baik, lisan maupun tulisan (TOEIC mínimal 650)
- Etika kerja dan integritas profesional yang tinggi
- Keterampilan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik
