**FUNCTION: Manufacturing - DIET**

**SUB FUNCTION: Manufacturing**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Responsible in on supporting any administration task needed to achieve business needs, in Cycle Count Process, Tax Completion & Compliance, E2E any Production Order related, Waste selling management, HR Administration, Outsource request and any other availability of daily needs.

**Reports to: Cell Manager**

**Geographic Scope: Local**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Manage daily one day stock for DIET operations
- Responsible for PI&T and PH&M implementation in DIET
- Manage label printing, cycle count, and stock management
- Handling overall administration report in Functions
- Responsible in Cycle Count process on counting the accuracy of material usage and wastage counting in WMS, Tobacco and Tax Stamp
- Supporting Waste Management as part of Business (Wastage DMS, Waste Selling), with ensuring waste loading process and according data criteria & record
- Supporting Tax Rule in term of Completion & Compliance within domestic and export regulation
- Supporting Production Process on Administration System (SAP) from Release, Confirmation, TECO & Closing.
- Managing Purchase Order and ensure that daily need stock is maintain well
- Managing HR Administration necessities in Insurance, Presence List, Leave Permit, Overtime Allowance and Covid Survivor administration.
- Support in raising ticket on requestion Outsource

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum diploma’s degree (D4) or equivalent
- Preferable to have knowledge of tobacco, products, tobacco technology and Quality.
- Preferable to have experience in LE role SAP
- Understand basic IWS knowledges / TPM Knowledges
- Understand product, wrapping materials, tobacco
- Understand and able to operate MS Office (excel word and ppt)
- Preferable to have English knowledge (passive)
- Experience work and collaborate in a team or cross function
- Understand and able to operate MS Office (excel word and ppt)
- Able to continuously improved
- Strong capability in MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal, good communication & collaborates skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions
- Proactive and open to change & new insights.
