Requirements:

  • Min D3 in Management, Business Administration, Communication, Animation, or related fields

  • Experience in a similar role within the animation, media, or creative industry is a plus

  • Strong managerial skills including production planning, scheduling, and team coordination

  • Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English

  • Skilled in using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines

  • Good problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making in production challenges

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willing to work onsite ASAP (Malang).

Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and maintain detailed production schedules in coordination with department leads and artist.

  • Ensure each department adheres to milestones, delivery targets, and overall production timelines.

  • Monitor progress daily and adjust schedules when needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

  • Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and management teams to ensure clear and timely communication

  • Coordinate task assignments and monitor completion

  • Maintain accurate production data, asset lists, shot tracking, and project documentation using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

  • Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate production statuses to management

  • Align production schedules with studio-wide resource availability
