Project/ Field QHSE Manger (Freelance)

The HSE Manager shall have overall responsibility for providing assurance that the project HSE management system has been well planned, implemented and adequately resourced throughout all phases of the Work. At a minimum, this support should include:

- Develop project-specific HSE policies, objectives, targets and performance indicators covering engineering, fabrication and offshore construction.
- Ensure that the HSE guidelines of the CONTRACTOR management system and the COMPANY K3L management system are achieved
- during the development of the Diving and ROV Project HSE plan
- Ensure that the COMPANY's Golden Rules (PHE ONWJ) are conveyed during all stages of the work.
- Ensure COMPANY CSMS processes are established at each stage of the Work
- Ensure compliance with the COMPANY's Environmental Performance Standards
- Management and control of K3L performance contracts every day
- Ensure full implementation of the Upstream Road Safety Directive
- Ensure HAZOP studies are conducted in accordance with guidelines for HAZOP studies
- Ensure HAZID studies are carried out in accordance with guidelines for HAZID studies
- Ensures the safety of decompression of divers underwater during project
