We’re looking for a QHSE Officer to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will support the effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in driving a safe work culture of QHSE at depot and site locations across Indonesia.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in implementing QHSE policies and processes, ensuring adherence to local Indonesian legislation and Aggreko's internal standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with sites and depots, addressing QHSE issues and providing expert advice to all staff levels.
- Monitor and support the execution of safe work processes and ensure Safe Work Method Statements are in place across all Aggreko locations.
- Assist in the completion of QHSE-related aspects for project tenders.
- Support incident investigations, assist in producing safety alerts, and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
- Deliver QHSE training and conduct inductions for new and existing employees.
- Assist with rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.
- Handle all scheduled waste reporting to DOE and annual DOSH reporting, along with other Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and implement ongoing QHSE improvements in collaboration with the HSE Specialist for Asia
- Support any other relevant duties assigned by supervisor or company

**You’ll have the following skills and experience**:

- Degree in relevant field highly preferred
- Willing to travel within Indonesia for multiple projects and operational sites
- Certified and registered as General Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) on Manpower Ministry of Republic of Indonesia
- Possess certified course in Health and Safety under Indonesia Oil and Gas Certification Body (K3 Migas)
- Possess certified course in First Aid (Petugas P3K)
- Understand in Environmental Permit include its documentation (UKL-UPL) and the Periodic Environmental Monitoring
- Solid understanding of OSH requirements from Manpower Ministry of Indonesia and Environmental requirements from Environmental Ministry of Indonesia
- Experienced in Emergency Plan and Response
- Willing to travel within Indonesia to attend client meeting, project support etc.
- Experienced with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency, effective administrator, well-organized, methodical, and capable of working under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Possesses effective communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, planning and organizing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
