Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit pre-shipment documents prior to vessel arrival (including shipping instructions, MOMS input, and loading permits).
  • Prepare and submit post-shipment documents after vessel loading completion (including PEB and Laytime Calculation).
  • Coordinate with the Operations team regarding coal availability for data input into the SAP system.
  • Coordinate with surveyors for the issuance of the LSE (Loading Surveyor's Endorsement).
  • Ensure all activities within the work area are carried out in accordance with the company's QHSE guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain safe and compliant operations.

Job Challenges:

  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time with no delays.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Shipping Administration Officer.
