DESIGNATION : Business Unit Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong Technical background in the Industry of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Sector, preferably from Oil & Gas or Power sectors
- P&L Management experience
- Work experience in Multinational TIC Company is preferred but local TIC company would be considered
- Brings a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts
- Track record of meeting or exceeding Sales and Budget targets
- Track record of maintaining profitable business performance
- High level understanding of QHSE policies and procedures
- Able to influence subordinates, peers and management to drive new business initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Good Leadership and organization skills
- Good project Management skill
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of working experience in power / oil and gas industry
