**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Lead and manage all daily operations, including front-of-house service, staff management, and financial performance.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that embodies the Eatopia spirit.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure every guest receives world-class service. Anticipate and address guest needs to create a consistently exceptional dining experience.
- **Brand & Quality Control**: Uphold the strict standards for food quality, presentation, and hygiene that are a hallmark of the Eatopia brand.
- **Financial & Administrative Management**: Manage budgets, control costs, oversee inventory, and handle all necessary administrative tasks to ensure profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume, full-service, or all-day dining setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve business goals.
- Proven experience in financial management, including P&L analysis and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong passion for food, beverages, and hospitality.
- Deep knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
