**Hiring: Culinary-Focused Restaurant Manager**

Are you passionate about food, innovation, and authentic Asian & Indonesian flavors? Do you have a strong culinary background and love pushing creative boundaries while managing restaurant operations?We are looking for a Culinary-Focused Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen and restaurant team with a chef’s mindset—balancing creativity, quality, and guest experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A chef, sous chef, or culinary expert who wants to transition into restaurant management.
- Deep knowledge of Asian & Indonesian cuisine, both modern and traditional.
- Passion for food trends, beautiful plating, and modern techniques.
- A creative leader who collaborates with chefs on menu development, presentation, and innovation.
- Strong operational skills to manage kitchen & restaurant teams effectively. An eye for detail in guest experience, food quality, and aesthetics.
- Experience in a boutique, high-end, or concept-driven restaurant is a plus.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee the creative and operational aspects of the restaurant.
- Work closely with chefs to develop innovative dishes while maintaining authentic flavors.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high aesthetic and culinary standards.
- Stay ahead of global and local food trends and implement them into our menu.
- Lead the team with a chef’s passion and a manager’s precision.
- Optimize revenue, manage profitability and food costs, as well as operational flow and service quality.

This is not a typical hotel-style F&B Manager role—we need a food-driven leader who sees cuisine as both an art and a craft.
