We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager (Operational) to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive the team toward consistent performance and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate all departments (service, kitchen, bar, and cleaning).
  • Monitor inventory, stock usage, and ensure proper control according to company standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout the restaurant area.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams regarding attendance, payroll, and staff needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operational costs, and team performance.
  • Control operational expenses and seek opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Conduct basic staff training to enhance service quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within F&B.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with targets and lead a team effectively.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, cost control, and hygiene standards.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (shift, weekends, and public holidays).
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Ms. Office); POS system knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
