Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards and guest handling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
