Customer Satisfaction

Handling dinner reservations by whatsapp / online

Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience, including professional handling of complaints and concerns.

Food & Service Quality

Monitoring and maintaining high standards for food preparation, presentation, and overall service quality.

Inventory Management

Monitoring stock levels, projecting future needs for supplies, and ordering them in a timely manner to avoid shortages.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen and restaurant premises to ensure proper hygiene and maintenance standards are met.

Problem Solving

Identifying and resolving operational issues, coordinating with other departments when necessary, and finding ways to reduce waste and costs.
