**Position Summary**:
The Restaurant Operations Manager at Mostly Pererenan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with the fine dining standards. This role will involve leading and mentoring the front-of-house team, coordinating with the kitchen, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a culture of excellence and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to fine dining standards, including service quality, guest satisfaction, and atmosphere.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage presentation.
- Optimize seating, table turnover, and service flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Ensure that all guests receive a memorable dining experience, focusing on personalized service and attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Implement and oversee guest service initiatives, including personalized recommendations and event promotions.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills, fine dining etiquette, and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and manage scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient staffing.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Monitor and control expenses, including inventory, labor, and supplies, to meet budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks for front-of-house supplies and liaise with purchasing to maintain necessary stock levels.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Enforce compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards, as well as company policies.
- Ensure consistency in service, presentation, and quality, maintaining the restaurant’s fine dining reputation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain an innovative, seasonal menu that aligns with brand standards.
- **Marketing and Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team on special promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance brand presence and attract new patrons.
- Assist with planning and executing private events and special occasions, ensuring alignment with restaurant standards and guest expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and culinary trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
