Role Purpose

We are looking for a Travel Consultant Team Leader (Full Overnight Shift) to oversee and support our team in delivering high-quality travel services to clients across global markets. If you have strong leadership skills, experience with GDS systems, and a passion for the travel industry, we would love to meet you.

To excel in this role, you should be an organized and people-oriented professional who can motivate a team, manage performance, and ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift. Your ability to balance service excellence, operational efficiency, and team engagement will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Travel Consultants to meet performance targets and service standards

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements

  • Provide guidance and support on complex or escalated cases

  • Monitor workload distribution and ensure adherence to shift schedules

  • Coordinate with travel vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure consistent service delivery through calls, chats, and emails

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Proven experience in the travel or airline industry, preferably in a team leader or supervisory role

  • Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in customer service or operations management is an advantage

  • Willingness to work full overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Open to working or relocating to Harmoni, Jakarta or North Point, BSD City, Tangerang
