About the role

As an Agro Supply Chain Supervisor at PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the company's agricultural supply chain. This full-time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of agricultural production and logistics to meet the company's business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Any Major (minimum GPA 3.00)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Agro Supply Chain Supervisor or in a related position
  • Knowledge of supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory control
  • Able to use data analysis tools
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel to factories and suppliers
  • Open to placement in various locations and frequent travel
  • Able to communicate in English, mainly for reporting.
  • Willing to be place in Cikokol, Tangerang

Job Description:

  • Ensure the efficient and optimal supply of fresh raw materials across all IFM plants
  • Support operations through accurate demand forecasting and productivity monitoring
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
