As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Supervisor Supply Chain to strengthen our end-to-end operations in production planning, material management, and logistics coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control the overall supply chain plan based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material readiness and delivery.
  • Monitor purchase order status, vendor performance, and inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Supervise stock levels for raw materials, WIP (Work in Process), and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports (delivery, lead time, inventory turnover).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support lean supply chain initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and quality standards (SPM/QA).
  • Support the implementation of ERP and digital supply chain systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, PPIC, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-department coordination effectively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
