to lead regional technical presales support for rapid business growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Pre-Sales Solution Architect
to support our Smart Manufacturing project pursuits, with focus on
AI-driven CCTV Safety and Surveillance Solution
across industrial sectors (manufacturing facilities and factories). This role bridges technical expertise and business strategy, ensuring solution design excellence, client confidence, and successful project wins.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client challenges and tailor Digital Solutions for smart manufacturing, with focus on AI CCTV solutions for safety and security.

• Lead client workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept presentations. Clearly articulate value proposition and ROI to convince clients with consultative influence and technical credibility.

• Prepare solution proposals, technical architecture documentation, Bills of Materials (BoM) and cost analysis.

Solution Architecture

• Architect end-to-end AI CCTV systems including camera networks, edge devices, cloud/IoT platforms, and AI analytics modules.

• Define integration points with SCADA, MES, ERP, and safety alerting systems.

• Optimize design for scalability, failover, security, and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and integrate automation workflows

• Able to communicate digital transformation initiatives for clients, promoting Industry 4.0 adoption and smart factory integration.

• Understand cloud computing, data analytics, and IoT to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage change by engaging stakeholders and ensuring smooth adoption of digital solutions.

• Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend their applicability to client environments.

AI Use Case Design

• Design AI models and workflows for outdoor/indoor safety, compliance monitoring, and operational analytics.

• Incorporate AI-driven detection for intrusion, fire, unsafe behavior, PPE compliance, and process anomalies.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with R&D and implementation teams to align designs with feasibility and client requirements.

• Lead train-the-trainer programs for customer operations teams.

• Drive solution optimization through pilot feedback and data analytics.

Proposal Development

• Support technical bid responses and align proposals with cybersecurity, IT/OT convergence, and reliability standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

· 5+ years' experience in
pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
for industrial AI or surveillance solutions.

· Strong understanding of
Machine Vision
,
AI video analytics
,
edge computing
,
IoT platforms
, and
CCTV systems
(camera network design, NVR/VMS, cloud integration). Experience with Smart Manufacturing/ Digital Solution pre-sales track record.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel regionally to client sites and perform site survey efficiently, drive through from proposal till securing orders.
