About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge to provide the best possible guidance to clients
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department and the company

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
  • Experience in building materials is advantage
