Sales & Marketing Executive
who's passionate about both
business
and
music
— someone creative, proactive, and ready to make an impact in the industry.

Role Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with music stores, distributors, and partners.
  • Promote and sell our range of guitar parts and accessories to grow market share.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies — from
    offline events & exhibitions
    to
    digital campaigns & social media
    .
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, distribution, and creative) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including relationship management and client acquisition
  • Marketing and Promotional Strategies development and implementation
  • Market Research and Data Analysis capabilities
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of the industry or relevant field is advantageous
  • Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented, team-driven environment
