We are looking for a Jewelry Consultant to provide exceptional customer service, assist in sales, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

What Youll Do
  • Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and consultation.
  • Manage product display, stock opname, and quality checks.
  • Conduct sales planning and follow up with customer databases.
  • Maintain store grooming and adhere to operational SOPs.
  • Handle in-store and external events to drive engagement.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for store activities.
What Were Looking For
  • Diploma degree or Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
  • English or Hokkien language skills are a plus.
