岗位职责

1、管理团队交付客户公司税务申报工作,负责客户公司的月度、季度、年度的税务申报工作,确保客户税务合规,制定并实施合理节税方案。

2、协助客户应对税务审计及稽查,维护与当地税务机关的良好关系,处理争议与沟通。

3、负责客户企业的全盘账务,包括凭证审核、会计核算、财务报表编制,确保符合印尼会计准则。

4、定期分析财税政策变动,为客户提供税务风险预警及合规建议。

5、协助优化客户财务内控体系,设计符合行业特性的账务管理方案(如零售、贸易等)。

6、客户的基本沟通(中国客户)

任职要求

1、专业背景:财务、会计相关专业本科及以上学历。

2、语言能力:中文可作为工作语言(必须)

3、5年以上企业财税负责人经验,熟悉直销、贸易、制造业等行业税务特性。

4、精通印尼税法及会计准则,能独立完成税务筹划与申报。

5、有中国背景企业服务经验或跨境财税项目经验。

1、工作时间:9:00-18:00,双休,申报期可能会加班

About the role

As the Tax Advisory and Accounting Manager at PT Feige Indonesia Consultant', you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory and accounting services to our diverse client base. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the delivery of excellent services to our clients. Based in Tangerang Banten, this role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and fosters a collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

1、Manage the team to deliver tax declaration work for client companies, take charge of the monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration of client companies, ensure clients' tax compliance, and formulate and implement reasonable tax-saving plans.

2、Assist clients in dealing with tax audits and inspections, maintain good relationships with local tax authorities, and handle disputes and communications.

3、Be responsible for the overall accounting work of client companies, including voucher verification, accounting calculation and financial statement preparation, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards.

4、Regularly analyze changes in finance and tax policies, and provide clients with tax risk early warnings and compliance suggestions.

5、Assist in optimizing clients' financial internal control systems and design accounting management plans that conform to industry characteristics (such as retail, trade, etc.).

6、Conduct basic communication with clients (focusing on Chinese clients).

Job Requirements

1、Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors.

2、Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese as a working language (mandatory).

3、At least 5 years of experience as a finance and tax supervisor in an enterprise, and familiarity with the tax characteristics of industries such as direct sales, trade and manufacturing.

4、Profound knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards, and ability to independently complete tax planning and declaration.

5、Experience in serving enterprises with Chinese backgrounds or experience in cross-border finance and tax projects.

Position Details

Working Hours: 9:00-18:00, two days off per week. Overtime may be required during the tax declaration period.

Salary: 200,000-300,000

Accommodation may be arranged for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
