Job Summary :
Responsible for exploring, developing, and expanding the company's business presence in the renewable and solar energy sector within the Indonesian market. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, conducting market research, and supporting project execution related to solar PV, energy storage systems, and other smart energy solutions, in alignment with the company's strategy for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :A. Market Development & Research
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis on the solar and renewable energy industry in Indonesia, including policies, incentives, and technology trends.
- Identify potential clients, EPCs, distributors, and strategic partners in the solar PV, energy storage, and energy management ecosystem.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for market entry and expansion strategies.
B. Business Expansion & Partnership
- Initiate and develop new business relationships within the solar and smart energy sector to strengthen the company's local presence.
- Manage business development processes — from proposal preparation and negotiation to project handover.
- Build long-term collaboration with government agencies, investors, and private sector partners to drive renewable energy initiatives.
C. Marketing & Representation
- Represent the company in solar energy exhibitions, renewable energy conferences , and sustainability-related events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote solar products, storage systems, and integrated energy solutions in the Indonesian market.
D. Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare regular market intelligence and competitor reports focused on the solar and energy storage market.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure the success of solar-related projects.
Report key developments and provide strategic feedback on market trends and policy updates.
- Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably Master's Degree, in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in business development, project sales, or market research within the solar, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Market analysis, renewable energy business knowledge, partnership management, negotiation, project coordination, and presentation.
- Loyal, passionate about clean energy, smart, independent, proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable in multicultural settings.
