Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for analyzing organizational performance, developing strategies to enhance effectiveness, designing and implementing training programs, and driving performance management initiatives. The role involves working closely with various teams to improve organizational processes and foster a positive work environment through strategic development and enhanced communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in leveraging data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Organizational Effectiveness and Development to optimize processes and strategy within a team or organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in Performance Management practices to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and lead initiatives with clarity.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams while effectively managing priorities.
  • Additional certifications in HR or Organizational Development are a plus.
