Kualifikasi:
- Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di posisi yang sama dalam penjualan di industri ritel
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Memiliki keterampilan presentasi yang baik dan kemampuan untuk bernegosiasi dengan klien besar.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang pasar mainan lokal dan tren konsumen.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang strategi pemasaran dan distribusi produk.
- Pengalaman dalam mengelola akun kunci (key account) di industri retail atau supermarket
· Kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proaktif dan berorientasi pada hasil.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan cepat berubah.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan Dinas dalam jangka waktu 2-4 Minggu.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyiapkan pedoman katalog, promosi, dan merchandising untuk Merchandiser dan Salesman.
- Melakukan visit ke konsumen dan store.
- Memenuhi target harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
- Memberikan informasi produk baru ke semua store dan store baru.
- Melakukan display sesuai dengan Pedoman Planogram.
- Melakukan pengecekan stok di Distributor, Subdist, dan Store.
- Monitoring Purchase Order.
- Monitoring 100% MSL SKUs yang tersedia di Distributor.
- Membuat report mingguan dan bulanan.
