  • Main Mission】 Expanding new client.
  • Making Sales Plan & Report monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Cold call & Visiting new client in order to get new order and expand business.
  • Maintain existing client order.
  • Handling complaint and coordinate with related section.
  • Monitoring operation and payment.
  • Other related job of sales

Job Requirements

  • 【Mandatory】Have working experience at International Freight Forwarder as sales min 3 year.
  • 【Mandatory】Have excellent knowledge of market in order to expand market (Local, Japanese and MNC company).
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or International Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line sales, specifically in sea freight.
  • Strong understanding of export-import procedures and shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB, PIB, COO, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.) and international shipping flow.
  • Having experience in preparing freight quotations and cost calculations accurately.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Holds sim A is preferrable.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang
