Job Descriptions:

  • Strong of ocean freight forwarding operations, including shipment monitoring, cargo delivery scheduling, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Handle customer requests and provide timely updates from vessel arrival until cargo delivered to factory or consignee.
  • Manage and verify documentation handling such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Packing List, and related shipping documents.
  • Ensure full compliance with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry practices.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from Logistic or related major
  • At least have min 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding export and import operation
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and international freight regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
