About the role

PT Ziegler Indonesia, a leading provider of industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to join our team in South Cikarang, West Java. As our After Sales Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional post-purchase support and service. This is a full-time position based in our South Cikarang office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the after-sales service team and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, repairs, and technical support to our customers
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  3. Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of necessary components
  4. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs
  5. Analyse service data and provide insights to improve service quality and operational efficiency
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  7. Lead, motivate, and develop the after-sales service team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar after-sales service management role, preferably in the engineering or industrial equipment industry
  2. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and service quality
  3. Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to provide sound technical guidance
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  6. Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
  7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
