What We're Looking For
Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial or sales management role

Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance under pressure

Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Indonesia

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
