Orderly project execution regarding all commercial and business aspects of the project.
Commercial contract administration (clients, partners and consultants), change controlling and claim management
Optimising commercial results
Supporting the cost management with reporting (internal/external) and commercial contract controlling
On-site commercial managing of the construction site and / or managing the local commercial site manager.
Document management for commercial business documents involvement in proposals
processing.
Preparation of proposals, contract development, negotiation and acceptance.
Commercial supporting the Cost Management as regards Change Order Management;
recording, processing and tracking contractual amendments.
QualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
Minimum years' experience in related fields on large international construction projects.
Excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out
Candidates with experience in high tech manufacturing / life sciences project industrial, data centers, infrastructure, retail fit out, mixed development, public sector, and corporate end user/ banking/office experience are preferred.
Has exposure to key account management / business development ideal.
Experience from consultancy background preferred
Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
