We're looking for a passionate and result-oriented
KOL & Affiliate Operations
to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in researching Affiliates and KOLs, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, and executing creative campaigns to grow our Home Living brand's traffic and sales.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above from any major; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Able to operate basic Excel operations skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.
  • Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector.
  • build and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs and Affiliators.
  • Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
