About the Role

We are looking for a
KOL & Affiliate Specialist
who is passionate about influencer marketing and community growth. This role is responsible for managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliates, and brand partners, while continuously developing data-driven strategies to scale our affiliate network and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and affiliates to support campaign objectives.
  • Build and nurture an active affiliate community through communication and engagement activities.
  • Develop and execute creative collaboration strategies to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign and affiliate performance data to optimize results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' affiliate strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer, KOL, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools and affiliate platforms is a plus.
