Job Deskripsi

**Tugas Utama:**

  • Merancang dan menjalankan strategi kolaborasi dengan KOL, influencer, dan affiliate partner sesuai target brand.
  • Melakukan riset dan seleksi KOL berdasarkan niche, audiens, serta engagement rate.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan KOL/influencer, agency, dan komunitas.
  • Menyusun brief campaign, mengatur timeline, dan memastikan output sesuai standar brand.
  • Mengelola dan memantau performa kampanye (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).
  • Melakukan negosiasi kerja sama, pengelolaan kontrak, dan administrasi terkait KOL/affiliate.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing dan konten untuk menciptakan strategi promosi yang efektif.
  • Mengikuti tren digital, KOL marketing, serta platform sosial terbaru.

**Kualifikasi:**

  • Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam mengelola campaign KOL dan affiliate
  • Memiliki jaringan luas dengan KOL/influencer dari berbagai kategori (beauty, lifestyle, skincare, comstic, dll).
  • Bisa mengalisa GMV KOL / Inflencer
  • Mampu melakukan analisis performa kampanye dan membuat laporan hasil kerja.
  • Mampu bernegosiasi, komunikatif, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
  • Memahami cara kerja platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dan e-commerce affiliate (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, dll).
  • Nilai plus jika memahami digital ads dan campaign optimization.
