Position Overview

  • We are seeking a KOL Affiliate Staff member to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our smart home products. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence and driving sales through affiliate marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage
    affiliates, KOLs, and KOCs
    that align with BIOTA's brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and execute
    affiliate & influencer marketing strategies
    with clear KPIs (e.g. number of videos, engagement rate, and sales growth).
  • Build and maintain
    long-term relationships
    with high-performing creators and affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the
    marketing and content teams
    to brainstorm and implement engaging, viral campaign ideas that showcase BIOTA Smart Home's innovations.
  • Work closely with KOLs to create
    authentic and creative content
    that highlights product benefits and features.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
    (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with
    industry trends
    and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field, with a focus on KOL partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign success.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
