Responsibilities:

  • Diligently research Key Opinion Leaders that fit our brand.
  • Carefully create Surat Perjanjian Kerja and Scope of Work for each KOL.
  • Negotiate with KOL to find the best common ground for both parties.
  • Assess and collect results from KOL.
  • Importantly, foster strong bonds with KOL through various channels.
  • Manage & supervise the performance of Team Live.
  • Conduct collaboration and partnership with local brands.
  • Develop and manage affiliate programs, including recruitment of potential affiliates, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Track and analyze affiliate metrics to optimize conversions and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates and provide necessary support to maximize results.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in KOL/ Influencer/ Affiliate Management or a similiar role.
  • Quick thnkers, full of fresh ideas, and adapt to social media trends.
  • Masters of the art of communication, both spoken and written.
  • Fast response, organized and blessed with capacity to remember details.
  • Understand both Company and KOL's behavior, discrectioms, and confidentiality.
  • Have the ability to communicate and negotiate with third parties.
