An established and expanding F&B company is seeking a highly experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to lead its financial strategy and operations. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Director and playing a vital role in the company's growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage corporate tax planning and compliance with Indonesian regulations.

· Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions (PPH, PPN, SPT) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

· Oversee banking relationships, online settlement, loan structuring, and cash flow management.

· Coordinate with online sales platform partners (e.g., GrabFood, ShopeeFood, GoFood, etc.) to optimize financial terms, settlement processes, and profitability.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government bodies.

· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

· Supervise internal controls, audits, and compliance procedures.

· Supervise and develop finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Proven experience in F&B or retail industry preferred.

· Strong knowledge in tax, banking, and digital/online sales ecosystem.

· Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

· Leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to work directly with senior management.

· Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. (CPA or CA equivalent is a plus).

· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
