What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong leader with a service mindset and solid operational skills. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or other relevant majors
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in F&B
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations: inventory, service SOPs, cash flow, daily reporting
  • Proven leadership skills – able to manage, train, and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Fluent in English is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months
