Job Description:

  • Create and maintain service and operational standards, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and management
  • Constantly review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate the vision to all team members and leads by example
  • Supervise the implementation of taking orders until input at the POS machine
  • Ensuring the accuracy of cashier reports by checking the recording of POS sales analysis
  • Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports addressed to management consisting of Schedule, Sales Report, Inventory, All Cost, Guest Complain
  • Responsible for petty cash, sales reports, operational expenses and food costs

Requirements:

  • Max. 40 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in F&B Services Management
  • 3+ years as Restaurant Manager
  • 10+ years in F&B industry
  • Familiar handle QC, Food/Waste Cost, Sales Analyst
  • Strong leadership & management skills
  • Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
  • Have a passion for guest service and drive creating great guest memories
  • Must be a highly committed individual, outgoing, energetic, positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
