Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. The role includes managing staff, supporting hiring processes, and facilitating effective communication among team members. Additionally, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in developing strategies to enhance customer service and foster a welcoming dining environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Hiring and Staff Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred
