The primary function of the Restaurant Manager is to be "Fully Hands-On"and beEver Visible providing highly Consistent Quality Services according to the company standards within quantity and timescales required.

The Restaurant Manager passionately emerge their professional skill by"Leading from the Front" and "Setting the Example"for the entire team to mirror and follow.

As the operational "Person in Charge" and "Face of the Business", the Restaurant Manager builds and nurture strong Professional Relations with the customers, employees, chefs, owners, neighbourhood, F&B industry segments.

The Restaurant Manager assumes full Responsibility and Accountabilityof the following

  • Hands-On, on the floor during service all the time
  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Keeping track of employees' hours
  • Supervising daily shift operations
  • Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
  • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Interviewing/recruiting new employees
  • Interacting with guests, taking orders, and get feedback on product quality and service levels
