We are looking for motivated and skilled Finance & Accounting professionals (Staff and Manager level) who are fluent in Mandarin to join our growing Indonesia team and help establish a strong financial foundation for our new operations.


Job Summary

We are hiring two levels of positions in the Finance & Accounting Department — Accounting Staff and Finance & Accounting Manager — both requiring strong accounting background, accuracy, and Mandarin fluency.

Accounting Staff – Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, transaction recording, and voucher preparation.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Assist in tax reporting, monthly and annual financial statement preparation.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Communicate with internal teams and Chinese headquarters for finance documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Understand basic Indonesian tax procedures and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Finance & Accounting Manager – Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full financial management operations, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and reporting.
  • Establish and improve the company's financial management system in compliance with Indonesian laws.
  • Manage budgeting activities, analyze variances, and ensure efficient cost control.
  • Lead tax planning, tax filing, and coordination with auditors, tax authorities, and headquarters.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
  • Supervise accounting staff and build an effective finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in F&B, trading, or multinational companies.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
  • CPA / ACCA certification is a plus.
