What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Support in execute end-to-end recruitment process, start inputting the manpower request forms up to on-boarding session including but not limited to writing job postings, managing applications, pre-screening, scheduling, interviewing and communicating with candidates and ensuring timely follow-up and conclusion of the recruitment process
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition database including personnel records and support leader to manage Talent Acquisition documents & run administrative tasks
  • Support People & Culture team and support any other different functions when needed
  • Support Co-worker's needs by requesting access card, parking member, ID Card and uniforms

We want you to be a person who:

  • Have a strong sense to details and be meticulous. Good analytical and strong in Ms. Office (experienced working with dashboard will be an advantage)
  • Taking initiatives and having strong follow up actions. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time simultaneously
  • High integrity with personal values. Ability to work in team-oriented environment with the ability to accomplish common and individual goals
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences
  • Actively communicate in English (written and verbal) will be an advantage
  • Available for 3 months period of internship
