Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting the company's hiring needs. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to align hiring needs
- Actively source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms
- Maintain and update hiring progress reports and dashboards
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
- Identify recruitment process gaps and propose improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Strong initiative, adaptable, and flexible with changing priorities
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and KPI-driven
- Experience hiring sales positions is an advantage
- Available to join immediately is preferred
