Job Descriptions:

  1. Sourcing: Find and engage with Recruitment Partners (vendor, educational institution, etc) to get qualified candidates, which are suitable with company needs.
  2. Selection: Review CV, conduct psyhological and technical test, also HR and User Interview to assess candidates.
  3. Onboarding: Prepare documents and New Employee Orientation Programme (NEOP), also conduct its programme.
  4. Collaboration with related stakeholder: Communicate with related Human Capital Team and User for hiring needs and things related to recruitment process.
  5. Employee Engagement: Conduct initial discussion with new employee, include internship to get updated information about their condition in working area.
  6. Managing internship: Conduct end to end recruitment for internship needs, also their allowance payment.
  7. Managing administrative matters: Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  8. Strategic workforce planning: Analyze hiring trends and the company's needs to determine best strategies for recruitment process.
  9. Process improvement: Research and implement new methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology from reputable university.
  2. Have minimum 1 years working or internship experiences as Talent Acquisition Officer, Recruiter, Assessor, or related roles.
  3. Familiar with psychological testing, include administration and scoring its result.
  4. Proven experience with various job sourcing channels.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. High interest and proven ability to conduct administrative and operational matters.
  8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
