Responsibility :

  1. Mengelola proses end-to-end recruitment (Job Posting, Screening, Interviewing & Offering)
  2. Mengembangkan dan memperluas sumber pencarian kandidat (Job Portal, Campus Hiring, Social Media, Dll)
  3. Membuat, menyusun serta mengontrol Manpower planning (Existing / New)
  4. Merumuskan, melaksanakann program, dan kebijakan career path, succesion plan, company branding, change management, corporate company culture, & employee engagement
  5. Menyusun, merancang dan mengevaluasi program MT (Managemeng Training)
  6. Menyusun dan mengevaluasi program learning (Modul pembelajaran, silabus, kurikulum dan implentasi)
  7. Menkooordinir dan implementasi KPI dan Performance Appraisal

Requirements :

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikology/MSDM/Hukum/Lainya
  2. Mampu menguasai microsoft office dengan baik (Excel dan PPT)
  3. Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama di Industri manufaktur (Industri cat lebih disukai).
  4. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, analitic, focus dan energic
  5. Penempatan di Head Office, Tangerang
  6. Dapat bergabung segera.
